Food Vendors: We will be accepting non-competing vendors beginning July 1st with a maximum of 10 food vendors. This invitation is first extended to our competing teams and then is opened to other potential booths. The BBQ committee will notify you with their decision as soon as possible. The committee reserves the right to deny a vending request from anyone for any reason.

Arts & Crafts, Merchandise or Professional Vendors: This invitation is extended to all Arts & Crafts, Merchandise or Professional Services Vendors. Applications accompanied with full payment of established fee will be processed on a first-come first-served basis. The BBQ committee will notify you with their decision as soon as possible.
